Rental let's say RM350/month?
Food RM15 per day.
Toiletries RM20/month.
Printing/Photostating RM30/month.
Books (photostat) +-RM200 /course.

So it's about.. RM870 for a normal life?

Yes it can be borrowed. But you'll get fed up of borrowing, so just photostat.
Not every month. LoL. E.g. when you enrol into foundation, for the entire course you'll be photostating about +- 8 books.

Toiletries RM20/month ??

That is a normal life ? blink.gif

I think that's quite a sad life. I would say RM 950 to 1000 would be ideal. Cause trust me, you might need to have some "cushion" money just in case you have something that happens. But if you don't photostat book, then you can use that money instead.

i saw the scholarships offered.
are most of the scholarships offered starts from the 1st year?

i'm concerned as i was a STPM student planning to go to UNMC.
and i am kinda sure my STPM results is not so convincing.
so dont think i can get any discounted tuition fees.

are there any scholarships available for year 2 /3 students???

I don't think so.

I think only year 1 then you have to maintain.

Do we really need to find someone to fill up the reference form to apply into UON?

It was stated there that they are unable to process the application without the reference.

Checked website of Nottingham U for the intake dates, there is Jan 09 intake for undergraduate programs, but can't find the actual date of commence. Also can't find the closing date of appliation. If I wish to start in Jan 09, is it too late to apply now?
