nt sure..block c keep delaying...maybe developer construction not able to complete 4all phases in year 2012..so purposely delay block c so that can have some margin...or maybe wait the icon city by mahsing which is juz located nearby to announce the residence suite price so that they can also make the block c price higher...

finally the 1st block of park 51 is near completion.....since icon city just stone away frm park 51, how much launch price do u think for the final block for park 51 which is going to launch this coming october???

Isnt this project quite near to some graveyards and crematorium?? feng shui no good meh

not near, at least it's not walking distance and cant view from the unit..........glomac damansara and desa kiara condo also gt huge malay graveyard just walking distance and very clear from unit view...but the price even higher than this project.......if u wan fengshui good and super duper good location..u wont get less than 350psf price like park 51....u pay wht then u get wht...

Was told about RM400psf.. It was comparable cheap in this BBB mode, even the Sg besi project also seeling this price.. Think PJ should sell higher than that rite?

THE problematic junction below the LDP’s cable bridge over the Federal Highway will be changed to a non-signalised system for an uninterrupted traffic flow.
“We engaged traffic consultants and worked with them to come up with a solution to improve traffic flow at that junction,” said Chua.

The result was a proposal with about 13 new ramps and tunnels that would eliminate the need of traffic lights for cars travelling in and out of the two major highways.
