I am one of the buyer there.

Location wise it is good, but fear heavy jam in future.

Environment wise, no so ideal, but since living in high level condo so it wont affect much on living quality.

If Developer fulfill their promised(build material quality),including the development of commercial centre in last phase of the Park51 development

This piece of property will be a good buy.

how come ppl fear jam and this and that...shld be something common aldy

Bandar Utama massive jam also capital appreciation, BU 11 next to high tension cable also ppl stay.

maybe next 5 years cannot gain but maybe 10 20 or 30 how long to wait is the point, correct so long there is ppl
except dont buy at out of way location and cannot see ppl at any time then mayb have to fear

pj anytime also can see ppl, sometimes jam also up till midnight

by the time finish discussing somebody will sure buy.

some % of luck also sometime. cannot factor in all risk, true?

jam is good, mean many ppl like tat place and all rush to that place...no surprise will jam at park 51 surrounding, becoz there is a lot of college (KBU,KDU, etc), a lot of shopping mall (sunway, one u, mid valley, a lot of jaya supermarket, a lot of giant...)...a lot of old and new office suite there (pj city, hong leong bank etc)...and you can see the old panasonic factory nearby is now undergo clearence process by mah sing group, soon that piece of land will be redevelop as another commercial/residence project....

so..have faith on this project......good for investment (the price is already increase from 1st to final phase), good for living (convinient to almost all the places, easy find food, a lot of education center at there, from primary school until university).....if really concern about traffic jam, then selangor/kl property better dun become ur choice, coz in selangor/kl area, everywhere is jam...

This area is 1 of the area under selangor urban redevelopment plan, it might not happen now but is in the plan for next 5 years..

hopefully is really undergo massive redevelopment very soon

Guys, any latest update for this project?

hi, the 1st block of condo for this project seems like finish contruct, just waiting for the paint to put on...and progress of the other blocks started complete the carparks levels, saw the nearby road have been widen...

with the qucik accessibility to federal highway, sprint, NPE, and LDP, since like it's going to be one of the hot property in pj area...

anyone know when the final block is going to launch for sales?
