If like this, why only happen to Park 51...

the zest@ puchong, zen@ puchong, titiwangsa sentral@kl, ....

all already gt key recently..why all of them can be approved...

wht i can see is...park 51 is very slow progress...all other same project which launch at almost same previod mostly oledy complete and handover the key...

park 51...i only saw block d...not even complete the clubhouse n swimming pool facility...wht kind of slow progress...just hentam gao gao the developer ask for compensation...

I m one of the buyer in block D. Did sent a mail to Taipan HQ in March about compensation but no reply from them. If not mistaken they have to pay us min RM2xxx per month for delay. All base on daily interest


Added on April 15, 2012, 4:56 pmformula as below -

(10% x Selling Price ) x ( days delay / 365 )

Hi Guys.. any news on the CF?

Beside waiting for the key, any market info on the area regarding the market price.. selling rental.. etc.?

Last week, i have make a call to them. And they mention still waiting the in-charge person to sign on the document only.

You try to call sales gallery, they sure will give your another story of that.

There was as agent called me and told selling price within RM450k - RM480k depend to how many car park have. For rental, it from RM1600 - RM1800 as she told

Of course different story. They told me by next month will be done!! Now waiting for MPPJ approval. Really really teruk.

About compensation, we must firm to what we want. I suspect the management will use others way or execuse to skip it.

well, thats a good news..at least i plan to sell my 1288sqf unit with 2 carparks at 480k...so i should increase my target again...maybe 550k..

I think this is a good news for us, because they told me after someone sign on the document, then will pass to MBPJ to apply CF...

if cash permit, i will rent it.. also depends on the demand, if not, will sell..

my agents that bought one also will rent out.. high chance to rise up 500k...

Really can up to 500k upon completion?
Quite surprise if gt ppl wan to take it, 500k above u might able to get some old freehold condo at sentul or mont kiara........but i will be very happy if park 51 can up to 500k upon completion....,

if anyone wants to sell carpark, please PM me.

I went over to the site and saw that there's still lots to do. However, the salesperson told me that just waiting to sign the pre-CF so they can handover the keys. any legal eagles out there who can verify if there's such a thing? I doubt they will compensate much if at all they do. I also asked how much 1143 sq ft was going for in block c. Apparently the sales price is RM460k.
