anyone send compaint about the stupid changing color lighting.....if not, all buyers please do so...sent email to developer compaint about this...this design make the condo looks uglier than usual...

That's the same story they told me....but refused to provide a date. i wonder when the government will require all developers to state openly via a website, the progress. Then the government agencies can verify and approve if the progress is indeed truly reported.

Currently we have absolutely no visibility and we're paying interest and/or rental thru our noses.

It wont happen in malaysia, if not, the government staff no time to "minum kopi and makan roti". In SnP, i saw developer only require 80% money from bank, and remain one not sure is pay on when. Anyone have experience of this?

Any update from Taipan Group side on the CF?

maxnergy: Try call to sales gallery and ask them..we also want to know it..I call them last few days, they mention still leave Bomba inspection only, maybe u can get other answer from them.

I have sent two time also no reply...they bz processing the CF..very bz until no extra time reply email to us ..

I went to the sales office few weeks ago.. that Mr. Liang said officer problem.. haiz.. now waiting bomba.. mean officer already check..

hope they are really processing the CF now..

Not really understand wht u mean.. Which officer? taipan or Bomba?
Mean Bomba have finish do the inspection and now only wait Bomba there do approve the CF???

As far as I know, after officers & bomba approves, then only they can apply for CF from the local authorities (MPSJ). This will also take time.
also, even the front driveway is not ready. Don't think they can release before that as it poses a danger due to ongoing construction. I don't think they're going to handover the keys so fast. All of us have to make other arrangements in the mean time.

It would be better if they were just honest on a tentative date of handover to facilitate the buyers planning at least. I may be wrong but these ppl don't seem very honest to me and this is the last time I will buy or even recommend the developer.

What's the name of the condo with dark grey and orange color at left hand side? Is this the same condo but another block?

That is Block D, suppose to get the CF last month..

Maxnergy, u r block d buyer right? Please send email to DAP lau weng san complaint about the delay. I am block a buyer, hars to complaint becuase mine one not yet more than 3 years. Complaint at low yat wont help anything..

Can Mr Lau do something about it, if we sent him an email? I am also a block D buyer, but i doubt he can do anything on it.

come on la, u never try , never know....now Lau is helping me ask developer about this...if more buyers sent email to Lau, sure he will take it serious...u guys gt time write compaint in low yat forum, why not just drop a email to Lau, and see what can he help.......not need doubt he can help or not..first u have to try let him knw wht the problem 1st.....

What's the issue, delay in VP? Aren't developer supposed to pay penalty to the buyers?
