As for me i dont regret....u can't get a condo wth this price at this type of location....so i dont complain or regret buying this prop....but jst want to get whateve that being promised that all....but i still strongly believe it is a gud buy and there are gud value for this prop in future....

Agreed.. It was good buy few years ago.. Every developer do face some delay.. In this case is CF approval delay..

Though the buiding facade design is not that impressive, overall still a good buy at developer launching price and the location is quite strategic. All the owners already got a decent paper gain.

Yup, nt very fancy modern design, just normal condo, but purchase price for me 2 years ago was abt 250psf..... Now even the old condo at PJ area with even lousier design oledy pricing more than that

i dunno if i have prob wit my eye sight or am drunk but i do see some disco lights at the top of the building at night when i passby. hmmm 1st time seeing that on a condo...lol good or bad? =P

You are not drunk.. It's the future condo design.. Should suggest them put laser light when handover key that time haha

Yea this flashing light is real funny n weird design. I already sent email to developer complaint bat it. Other buyers please do the same too. Sent email complaint bat this design. Or else this ugly design may effect the price....

all buyers please sent email to developer compaint about the flashing light....this is very ugly design.....should use blue/yellow warm light is enough...not need keep changing color every seconds...very bad tatste...

Yup, ask them to change the light to warm colour enough.. Maybe light from bottom shoot up.. Refer to Mont kiara or hartamas..

yea, use the warm light from bottom shoot up...just refer to those MK condos and solaris dutamas......i wonder whose idea is it to use the disco flashing light..must be the old guy Mr Liang that usually saw at sales gallery...he likes the disco light to remind on his old time...wht a bad taste.....

Sales Gallery told me still have Bomba inspection only, MAYBE will handover on end of April. They always cheat buyer with same story..
