the clubhouse is not part of the common facilities in this development, hence the "low" monthly maintenance fee of the project.
the clubhouse is by membership and it is rumoured purchasers are offered special joining rates.

many investors put on a "would i stay there" kind of test to all their investments. nothing wrong here but then again, i doubt many would be staying in a sub 100K apartment.
would this put the property in question out of the rental market?
P51 represents the solution for mid-end dwelling in a matured PJ market. with KV population expecting to rise annually 5%, there is always a demand for mid-end dwelling, more so when it is near industrial area. just look at the no of (lack of) units in the Shah Alam Sek 27 area.

guys, the clubhouse is not part of the parcel and need not to be readied when units are ready for VP. pls check your SPA.
