But sales staff informed me that car park rental is 130 monthly. I just know that fully sold out for car parks.

What is the monthly rental and subsales unit for 1143 and 1288sf?
Heard that rental yield is difficult now.

I'm a tenant in Block A. The place is still under construction, from the looks of it, regarding the gym, swimming pool and other facilities. I'm looking for car park to rent in Block A, and willing to pay fair price for it. It's quite tiring to walk from the houses , where I'l park my car.. It's quite unsafe too.. There're many empty car parks in Block A.. I hope any owners who are not using their car park atm, will see this reply and rent it out.. I'll be willing to pay a reasonable amount, and I don't wish to haggle upon the price, as my safety as well as the car's is of utmost priority.

apartments/condo/highrise props upon VP always face those issues as discussed in the meeting....once its handed over to proper JMB (consist of residents) then you can see the improvements etc...
any other condos, even high ends one face the same issue after VP where things are not stabilized and confirmed yet...still many things to sort out...I believe once the JMB is sorted out then it will be better..but becareful of the money in the bank if fully transferred to the new JMB account...

The development progress on block C looks really slow.. anyone know when it suppose to be completed? How's the progress on swimming pool and other facilities? Can share some photo?

I thought the expected completion date is Dec this year? Looks ok to me, they already reach the top already, currently almost done with the exterior painting and I guess finishing up the interior stuffs?

No idea on the facilities, only gym is ready.

I remembered someone requested for a letter template the other day. But we will hv to get the majority of A&B to support is that right?

The developer is doing a terrible job in managing the place.
1. Security guards without proper uniform
2. Strangers can just sit in the security house
3. Gangsters riding on motorbike rounding the area, trying to collect 'fees' from contractor and ppl who are moving large amount of things
4. No IC system implemented in entrance of block and lift to floors
5. Random ppl are given access and they just park at visitors parking overnight (believe are those who only owned 1 parking but got many cars). Taking up other's unit parking, and it's getting into our nerves.
6. No clear signage of visitor's parking, ppl just simply park
7. Van and lorries are constantly blocking the front entrance
8. Cleaners not dress in uniform
9. When I last visited 3 weeks ago, the grass and plants were not properly taken care.
10. There's thieves at night, climbing into lorry to steal things
11. Defects of the condo, takes developer forever to get them fix
12. Lift is in bad condition
13. No standardisation of front entrance, everyone already do what they desire. All kinds of walls, all kind of grill
14. Report lodged to management on the unit earlier that changed the window (according to the chinese forum), management didn't bother to take action
15. There's still lots of waste and rubbish behind block A&B, those things are like there forever

now already aug.. and after everything is done normally hv to wait 2-3 months for CF.. maybe unlikely will be ready by dec this year (my guess)...

Haha, maybe they're really rushing up to avoid the LAD claims... which happened for block A&B.

Not quite sure about Block A&B..
Last time heard for Block D rental is from 1.6k - 2k (or more depends furniture)
Selling (asking) price from iproperty is 400-450psf (500~600k)

Feruni BF07NN (Main hall floor tiles)
Guocera H265E (Wall tiles Bathroom)
Guocera H265B (Wall tiles Bathroom)

Did some plumbing/work and need to replace back the tiles.
