Just wondering why so many ppl complaining about the surroundings, even agents the 1st question is "Have you seen the place around?". I went there personally from SS2 way, not that bad what, besides 1 ways streets and small roads.

Most importantly the build quality is so much more better than those you called well-known ed developer. Only thing I don't like, why must they build the wall halfway with the sharing neighbour? What if my neighbour tells me, sorry I dowan to pay...

Chinese very particular about 'sai che' ma for subang view, but young people nowadays.. we don't really believe or bother on all these as long as the property is still considered affordable.. blink.gif

970sf is not available on Block A & B, only D which is the higher density with smaller units.
For block A&B highly doubt that the price is going any lesser than 520k for 2cp units, 1143sf is going about that price for 1cp and 12++sf ones are going for at least 560-580k, all the best to you.
Subang view is sunset and KL view is sunrise, bare in mind that sunset can be pretty hot during dry season of the year.

No we are not, we are still under Taipan's care. Block D already formed their own JMB and they're proposing to have a joint, provided if majority owners from A&B agreed so.

Why is Taipan not taking action on this? Which Block is this? A or B?

What I meant was, we already have a group of ppl from A&B that we have gathered, I'm not saying that we're forming a JMB on our own. We are totally aware of that.

Please enlighten me on the steps to request to developer for the handover.
I remembered someone requested for a letter template the other day. But we will hv to get the majority of A&B to support is that right?

The developer is doing a terrible job in managing the place.
1. Security guards without proper uniform
2. Strangers can just sit in the security house
3. Gangsters riding on motorbike rounding the area, trying to collect 'fees' from contractor and ppl who are moving large amount of things
4. No IC system implemented in entrance of block and lift to floors
5. Random ppl are given access and they just park at visitors parking overnight (believe are those who only owned 1 parking but got many cars). Taking up other's unit parking, and it's getting into our nerves.
6. No clear signage of visitor's parking, ppl just simply park
7. Van and lorries are constantly blocking the front entrance
8. Cleaners not dress in uniform
9. When I last visited 3 weeks ago, the grass and plants were not properly taken care.
10. There's thieves at night, climbing into lorry to steal things
11. Defects of the condo, takes developer forever to get them fix
12. Lift is in bad condition
13. No standardisation of front entrance, everyone already do what they desire. All kinds of walls, all kind of grill
14. Report lodged to management on the unit earlier that changed the window (according to the chinese forum), management didn't bother to take action
15. There's still lots of waste and rubbish behind block A&B, those things are like there forever

we only need majority to attend and support the AGM to be part of JMB . they must be informed

Alright then. Guess I should be getting a notification from the FB group, hope that the AGM will be soon.
But that day they said we should write in?

At the mean time, will try to get more contacts from block A&B.
Enough of nuisance from the management. We want those people to be completely chase out from the condo ASAP. Every time I go there, they're seriously an eyesore. No offense.

I thought the expected completion date is Dec this year? Looks ok to me, they already reach the top already, currently almost done with the exterior painting and I guess finishing up the interior stuffs?

No idea on the facilities, only gym is ready.

A&B for 1143 , 1257 , 1288 should be fetching about RM600k now?
That's the pricing in iProperty but dunno whether got buyers willing to pay so much yawn.gif
