apartments/condo/highrise props upon VP always face those issues as discussed in the meeting....once its handed over to proper JMB (consist of residents) then you can see the improvements etc...
any other condos, even high ends one face the same issue after VP where things are not stabilized and confirmed yet...still many things to sort out...I believe once the JMB is sorted out then it will be better..but becareful of the money in the bank if fully transferred to the new JMB account...
