Hi, when is the next meetup for the JMB/JMC? I would like to join.

you can buy as many car park lots you want when you purchase 1 unit from the developer directly. Meaning, if all units in the block are sold off, you can't purchase anymore parking lot. coz parking lot can only be purchase when you buy a unit. Next alternative is either you rent from those owner who have extra parking lots or signup for monthly car park rental from the developer. If not mistaken its RM130 per mth. Not sure if you can purchase car park lot from current owner..have to ask lawyer/developer.

So far i see is majority families with kids/parents & young married Chinese and Indians. Look like mid-range income and higher.
You got to come and look for yourself. Location wise it is the best! Away from traffic.

I looking for a parking lot in Block D. How much? What floor is the parking lot?

Can buy parking space kah? My lawyer said cannot as the parking lot is tied to the unit in the same agreement under one item. something like that she said.

Those of you who stay in that block need to report to management on thet unit without a window since differnet block still a different management office. I don't stay at that block.

Hi, Anyone of you bought the original tiles codes of Block D unit and got spare . Codes below:

Feruni BF07NN (Main hall floor tiles)
Guocera H265E (Wall tiles Bathroom)
Guocera H265B (Wall tiles Bathroom)

Did some plumbing/work and need to replace back the tiles.
