Currently just the usual gym routine.

First day: Back/Biceps
Second day: Chest/Triceps
Third day: Legs/Shoulder

Workout in the morning.

Every Monday and Thursday my company have PT coming over giving bodyweight/crossfit training. And sometimes on Wednesday or Friday I join the Capoeira class in PJ.

I am pretty adaptable so anything that is free at the moment in the gym I'll use that. Pretty standard workout.

Let say for chest, if the bench is available I'll do bench and lateral bench, then maybe dumbbell flies etc etc.

Same goes for back, biceps, shoulders, legs and triceps.

My routine is not really fixed, just as long as it served the purpose for the body parts.

been hittin the gym for bout 2mths after a break for bout 6mths due to some outstation course.. what i can see so far is..

diet : breakfast oats, lunch regular mamak food with rice, dinner chicken fillet with potato and brocolli.

Arms and chest gettin bigger but tummy fat stil refuse to go. arms growing at a slow progress though. if im to diet, takut my tummy together with muscles will shrink.

Summary: eating healthy really farks up the wallet.

Now, I am also having almost the same body figure like ur previous, just slightly buff than u (compared to ur 2008 pic). I usually just doing normal workout at home, this has last for 4-5 months, n now im planning to have my workout in gym. I am 174cm tall, and a weight of 65kg, I dun have pot belly as I exercise, play football and badminton days in a week.
So, what kind of suggestion can u give me? such as the protein supplements as well?

You're already heavier than me in weight, and have similar height. You also say you don't have pot belly. I would say you're already doing good.

Nowadays I just lift casually, just weights I'm comfortable with and it varies from day to day. And I change up my routine based on any available machines and weights at time of exercie. So no, I can't give you exact figures. Sorry.

Just eat well, workout regularly and have enough sleep. As for my workout routine, I think basically pretty much the same all these time.
