been hittin the gym for bout 2mths after a break for bout 6mths due to some outstation course.. what i can see so far is..
diet : breakfast oats, lunch regular mamak food with rice, dinner chicken fillet with potato and brocolli. Arms and chest gettin bigger but tummy fat stil refuse to go. arms growing at a slow progress though. if im to diet, takut my tummy together with muscles will shrink. Summary: eating healthy really farks up the wallet. |

OMG!! U r a reli determine guys!! Now I think is ur turn to become our sifu d~
Now, I am also having almost the same body figure like ur previous, just slightly buff than u (compared to ur 2008 pic). I usually just doing normal workout at home, this has last for 4-5 months, n now im planning to have my workout in gym. I am 174cm tall, and a weight of 65kg, I dun have pot belly as I exercise, play football and badminton days in a week. So, what kind of suggestion can u give me? such as the protein supplements as well? |
