Vertical Chest Press
Tricep Push Down
Standing Arm Curl
Crunch
Day 2
Lat Pulldown
Seated Rowing
Upright Row
Behind Neck Press
Side Lateral Raise
Crunch
Day 3 (This one I rarely do since want to focus on body first)
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Crunch
I've usually start with 10-20 minutes of jog then followed the programs above in turns each day I go to the gym. And I started taking On Serious Mass as a supplement. Any advices/suggestions?
How times/repetition/long do u do for all these? Day 1
