i have a big belly. but other parts of my body is kinda thin. i'm hitting the gym now in order to add some mass + muscles while reducing tummy. but i seriously dont wanna lose sumore weight. any suggestions? can we increase mass and muscles on our upper torse while reducing fats specifically on our tummy? thx.

been hittin the gym for bout 2mths after a break for bout 6mths due to some outstation course.. what i can see so far is..
diet : breakfast oats, lunch regular mamak food with rice, dinner chicken fillet with potato and brocolli.
Arms and chest gettin bigger but tummy fat stil refuse to go. arms growing at a slow progress though. if im to diet, takut my tummy together with muscles will shrink.
Summary: eating healthy really farks up the wallet.
