Latest update:

Had my weight taken today, first time since my motorcycle accident/surgery. Apparently I've lost 7 kgs since then. Dafug man!!!

Have an appointment with my Orthopedic doc/surgeon next week. I hope he'll allow me to start working out then.

I never really need for a specific diet, since I seem to burn calorie fast thanks to my metabolism.

You're asking the wrong guy. I've been slim my whole life.

Although fat removal is diet and high intensity training such as jogging and swimming. And you can't target a specific area for fat loss.

style bro.!! aku 173cm , 71kg tapi badan mcm belon lagi although selalu bersukan (tennis and futsal)... need to motivate diri main gym la mcm ni..

Yep. With limited funds for supplements,2 broken collar bone and 3 surgeries this is the best I can get. Basically this is what I get after 2 years. I would like to see how you work with those limitations. smile.gif

However, this is what I aim all along after all since I dont really want to change all my clothes or change my eating habit much. Sure if I can get better back, shoulder and arms would be nicer.

Anyway, progress pic for March (using a test cosplay picture):

I dont think I will be a beast if not because of injuries anyway, because like I said earlier, I dont want to sacrifice my eating habit, lifestyle and clothes. Some of my jeans (ep skinny jeans) now are no longer fit since my thigh and calf are slightly bigger now. Clothes dulu saiz S-M now dah jadi fit T, but it still looks good so OK la.

now you are one of my idol.. i tried to buff quickly.. the progress is quite slow so far IMO.. seems like 5 days is not enough for me to workout.. wonder you manage your workout
