huh? really ar? i emailed them. they gave me the reply, 'In regards to calling Customer Services on 07973 100 150 from your mobile. I can confirm that the number above is a Mobile number so therefore you will be charged at mobile rates for calling this number. For this I do apologise.'. i guess should be deduct my free minutes?

nope, don't have chinatown in bristol. but got a chinese community hall / wholesale shop near ikea called wai yee hong.
it's not near uwe. if you got car then it's quite fast to get there with M32 road to city centre.
