QUOTE(Geminist @ Aug 24 2008, 10:57 PM) I think the seafood should cost about £25 minimum. I would suggest going for satay house as the seafood could turn people off and I didn't think the environment would be suitable to be noisy as well There are other foods besides satay at Satay House rite? LolzBesides, I think Satay House is halal? I'm not a big fan of satay but for a cup of Milo and meeting up I'm up for it What time shud we meet? Say 1 pm? I can ask my friends if they want to join, buncha girls all Msians. mrlappy: I remember your name now! Simon! haha p/s firedauz, I think you should open up a topic in Events and Gathering Here's the address and map for Satay House 13 Sale Pl Westminster, London W2 UK http://maps.google.co.uk/?hl=en&q=13+Sale+...e,London,W2+1PX Nearest Station Paddington or Edgware Road All food served is confirmed Halal This post has been edited by xcutelilgal: Sep 3 2008, 02:53 AM |

QUOTE(chizzu @ Apr 22 2009, 11:49 AM) xcutelilgal prefer boeing 747 than airbus Ahem Correctionanyways i am back in Malaysia for a few months. its been long since i posted on this thread. Emirates can be quite cheap sometimes. i bought my ticket like 2 weeks before departure and it only costs 450 pounds return. not too bad for a last minute booking. the last time i booked MAS or other airlines last minute it costs like 600-700 pounds I prefer 777 which is the large comfy aeroplane. The Emirates Airbus caused me backache because the chair was so hard and sharp or maybe it was just my seat that was weird i have no idea, but 777 rocks! =) Really Air Asia no complains? Thanks. I'm still doubtful. I think I prefer Emirates lolz 100 pounds diff but got entertainment, food, comfort and skywards points which I can use for free flights |

That's the only thing I hate about Emirates.I am happy with Emirates and would recommend it. but AirAsia is direct flight Others like food and comfort and entertainment and good service is all there. |

QUOTE(bonzaimy @ Apr 23 2009, 11:18 AM) ahhh..i been to Malaysian Hall and all i can say that the food is overpriced and taste horrible. They really mark up the price.. that's so not trueI was there last weekend and the prices are reasonably cheap compared to Restaurants like Satay House or Kiasu etc etc. For example 1 pc Roti Canai is 2.50 instead of a bombing 4.50 in Satay House. The food tastes delicious not awesome but delicious enough to make you feel like you're back in Malaysia. Added on April 23, 2009, 7:47 pm QUOTE(wtm0325 @ Apr 23 2009, 11:09 AM) We should try AirAsia with open heart, and save the penny for me Lol. I can't book in advance unfortunately. Schedule can't be fixed.A review for AirAsia X http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2009/mar/...-uk-asia-review You can go ahead on Air Asia and save every penny for me =P This post has been edited by xcutelilgal: Apr 23 2009, 07:47 PM |

QUOTE(4agze @ Apr 27 2009, 01:16 AM) Lol! I didn't know Charing Cross is called CHX. 25 minutes, that's close to a mile. Not too bad. I'd walk to work if I could to save 30.20 a week! QUOTE(chizzu @ Apr 27 2009, 12:52 PM) i used to walk to work as well Ur place to your office so near la! Lolz. If my house was 1 mile away from my office I'd walk 30 minutes to work.but found a bike on the dump and repaired it why not consider a bike?
