But you need more torque if the car is heavier, thus more fuel as you step on the gas harder. nod.gif

as you've mentioned, waja is Manual therefore the gear ratio is shorter compare to Jazz Auto for sure. In other words waja acceleration will be better then Jazz auto.

even if waja is manual.... the fc is quite terrible versus auto from toyota or honda (sub 2.0l) ...

You don't buy an above 1 tonne car and hope to get a better FC than a sub 1 tonne car. But does the amount of saving (from the FC) justify the higher monthly payment? You decide. laugh.gif

whatever speed that equipped 3, 4 or 5 speed AT, the torque converter will just costing at least 20% of it's torque & hp loss.

Definitely. Cars feels lighter and can feel the power surge. The delay cause by the drive-by-wire also are minimize. Maybe can get 0-100km/h in less than 10sec. The downside is the exhaust sound now is less 'bassy' at when dragging the car.

well... not sure about that... should take into account high fuel cost these days... hmm.gif

and to my surprise jazz is not as light as i previously thought.... weight different with waja (mt) is only about 95kg... blink.gif

The sound now is like 'empty pipe', maybe due to the removal of cat-con without replacing it with a bullet. Of I were to change the muffler, I would get the twin loop. Look and sound really nice.
