If we study these 2 pictures carefully, I am quite sure this is the wading pool. Photo 1, the pool edge which is glass panel facing an empty playground, while photo 2 the main pool glass panel is facing outside.
I manage to talk to one of the SA today, she isn't aware of LYN discussion, she may study and revert it back to me tomolo.
I did ask the occupancy rate of those shoplots, according to her, all the shoplots ground floor are taken, dunno true or not? hmm.gif

After saw the actual children playground & swimming pool, I start to worry & doubt that SPS would provide quality product, SPS is good in landscaping but soli to say that their hse quality is so so only, like the Setia Alam landed house quality is really jialat!! doh.gif

The playground is located at the supposedly location of the garden unit (at the background). I believe the actual photo of the swimming pool posted is showing this part where the bikini figure is standing (the photo in the direction the figure is looking, with the glass panel to the left of her), so it might not be as small as it looked. Of course, it might not be to scale but angles can be deceptive too. Anyway, I think the 720 owners know what they are getting, be it good or otherwise.

Trigon sales move a bit after a huge advertisement coverage over the weekend, 83 units sold (total 181 units).

Just worry SPS might screw up Setia Walk, obviously the rental is too high, I dunno why SPS promise the shop owners a 10% yield, they shd hv discuss with shops owners again in order to lower the rental rate, Mid Valley is doing the right thing, pull in all the tenants with special package for the 1st year, make sure every shops are able to open at the same time, it is very crucial, crowd won't come in if most of the shops are not ready. Look at IOI Boulevard and Times Square 7-8 yrs ago, there mistake shdn't be repeated.
If commercial shops not doing well, Trigon will die too. shakehead.gif

It is nothing to do with the Tesco land, the proposed LRT Station land is next to Tesco, there is a big piece if empty land where you can see a lot of foreign workers like to gather there, sometimes got durian stall also. Tesco is confirm shift to South Puchong, if the LRT is not built, then I think it will give a 10% negative impact ti Setia Walk, however I dun think the land will be quietly sleeping there, somehow got interested party (developer) would acquire it, Sime Darby won't let go this opportunity to amalgamate Tesco land to it.

I think it will stay. In the future this area will be the centre of Puchong, PFCC, Setia Wall & Future Sime Darby development on Tesco land. Prasarana want to do business right?
