yeah, i want to try the fried oyster.. any specific shop name? is it a shop or just a bike with selling fried oyster? please enlighten.. i only know about the popiah at mdm king that is popular.. biggrin.gif

Another question, how far is Eye of Malacca to Red house? Is Eye of Malacca open on 9am -5pm, weekdays and weekend, Anyone? Thanks..

the fried oyster is just a few minutes walk down the street. it has been highlighted in the previous pages. however the quality has been deteriorated lately - a lot of flour, less and less oysters despite long queue. i stop patronizing the stall since then. you can find more info from this blog, and no, it is not my blog:
http://tummy-rumble.blogspot.com/search/la...round%20Malacca

the si ham stall is worth a try, just behind the Madam King.

By Red House do u mean the Stadhuys and the clock tower area? If yes then the eye on malaysia is quite a distance. Definitely cannot walk. Need transport. Not sure what time open but go later safer. In fact the eye is pretty isolated. So its not walking distance from anywhere lol.

hmmm, perhaps you wanna try out his Baba Nyonya Boutique Hotel. It is situated within the vicinity of the tourist attractions, including the Jonker Street, Chicken Rice Ball stalls etc. IMO, the rate is quite reasonable as well.

Yeah, it's eye of Malaysia, think it's not in town area?.. got it mess up.. biggrin.gif

Eye On M'sia open until 12am, i just went there on last Sat..
its far away from St Paul Church, u need 4 wheels to reach the Eye On Malaysia due its located at another side. You may visit the Menara Taming Sari which near the St Paul place if u want.. smile.gif
