very bad, we stay in melaka but never survey hotel rates, outstation frenz always ask me this question, i will ask them to check online blush.gif

Need you all's opinions, especially Melaccan: i have a single storey intermediate terrace house in ujong pasir, currently rent to 1 family for RM400/mth, I was thinking to convert it to rumah tumpang, cheap cheap one like RM30-40 a night per room, inside got 3 rooms, target is salesmen or tourists who look for cheap accomodation, but max 2 cars park in car porch, do u think this location can get guests? hmm.gif

I never did like Capitol. Way overrated. I always go to Ban Lee Hing. And laugh at D'Satay with their fancy decor and lack of customers.

D'Satay is the shop beside Ban Lee Hing right?
When I was there the other day, they got just one customer while the other shop is crowded with people already.

well, for buffet , seoul garden is good for just to hang out and can be really noisy when there is a lot of student around. food wise, so-so.
shibaraku is cheap but i'd rather eat the claypot chicken rice at Mahkota Parade foodcourt. thumbup.gif

for me , nyonya food, i still go for seafarers, authentic or not, i like the masak lemak nenas prawn and sambal petai prawn. not really into ayam pongteh or chapcai.

have anyone tried Amy Heritage Nyonya Cuisine - NST (ex equatorial chef)?
my feedback :
- pai tee is good
- kangkung is good
- masak lemak nenas prawn is OK but have told Amy that we'd like it a bit salty next time laugh.gif
- ambience is good
- service is quite fast.

sounds like a nice place. So far my best nyonya place is Family Heritage at Bukit Beruang, and the price is very reasonable too at about RM10 per pax most of the time I go to eat, sometimes cheaper.
