i knew that is a hotel called Riviera Bay resort thru this thread ,but ah
i tried called their hotel for booking..or for more information..nobody pick up my calls -.-

any other ? preferred beach side hotel

Oh yea, I've already short cut a lot for that review. I'm going to write up in my blog soon with pictures.

Basically I love Malacca a lot. Not only for its good food but also for the historical places. Enjoy your super jam, and I will be around in KL for this Raya, as I do have a few events going on.

Stimix, may be you can update all the information in the first post where it will be easier for people to look for information of certain places. As for visitors, I will personally think it is good to write out some review or thoughts to share the experience with other forumers here.

there very few clubs in melaka...theres Pure,the most well known,and Arena, a new club.

Instead of clubbing why not just chill by the riverside..nothing special abt the clubs there..

which riverside?
any restaurants around there?

Chicken rice go for Chung Wah. Their rice is the best..Located just opposite the stadthuy (The red house area)..But I dun like thw white chicken,,they dun hv Grilled chicken

For the chicken & not the rice, go for Hoe Kee not far from Chung Wah...& for rojak chicken rice ball nothing great but modern go for Farmosa also nearby

River side I guess should be the Malacca river near the Jonker street and the ship museum there.
Along the river there have some nice restaurant. There's this Dutch Harbor Cafe is not bad but not my cup of tea.

Chicken rice balls Chung Wah is the best but please be there before 11am, else you will end up need to wait for long. If you are not that fancy for it, may be you can try for the others, such as Farmosa, Jonker 88 those, theirs also not that bad.

is the eye of malaysia located in malacca worth going?
What can you actually see?

For me, it doesn't worth it. The ticket for a spin in eye on Malaysia is expensive, furthermore at that area only has this eye on Malaysia but nothing else.

yeah u can go upstairs of Pure if u want a live band

IMO, the best Chicken rice ball in melaka is located in Melaka Raya. It is opposite a stationery shop and a Bank (forgot what bank). If im not mistaken its called Heng Kee...

I wouldnt suggest Formosa..the rice balls there are dry and hard.
