hello..i just wanna ask something, how to change my P1i themes with another themes at my M2 card..coz i already put into my M2 card..then dont know how to set into my themes..Please Help me..i'm newbie

1st go to File Manager; locate the file in your M2; select the theme; a screen shot will appear; then click Install; It will said The theme file has been installed..... Do you want to apply this theme now? click yes or no.

If you want to apply the theme later you can always go to Main Menu>Control Panel>Device>Themes

The theme must be install first before it can be use. Get it

1) There is a setting to change the contacts display order. Someone touched on this topic a few pages back.

2) "All phone contacts" means it shows all the contacts stored in the phone memory (does not include SIM). "all SIM contacts" means all the contacts stored in the SIM memory. So actually this is not "crazy". To get full functionality from your phone, you might like to copy all your SIM contacts to the phone itself, then use "phone contacts only".

3) If you have more than 500 phone numbers, you might not be able to copy all your phone contacts to the SIM (SIM limitation). If you don't, you're in luck! There should be an option to delete all contacts from SIM, then you "copy all phone contacts to SIM".

1. contacts->more->settings->sort by

2. i got confused coz there was a 'unfilled' group which shows contacts already...so it seems as if "all phone contacts" sound like all groups of contacts .

3. i managed to copy all my contacts manually to phone and to sim seperately liao..i remember k800 could cohesively save to both places



4................ does anyone know how to save contacts into pc and let me edit the names then put it back into the phone? which software can do that? I heard pc suite can..but need outlook express so i dun want.

Download MyPhoneExplorer, its a great software, can say bye bye to SE pc suite

Anyone using Maxis 3G service?

Will the 3G logo always appear at the top of the phone bar?

Possible to close it?

3G logo --> looks like white and blue cow droppings? It will appear if you are connected to the 3G network (meaning you can make video calls).

You can disable it by forcing your phone to connect only to GSM network (no video calls).

Been busy for the past two weeks and I finally got myself a SE P1i, my friend is pending to C.O.D. behalf of me tonight. I'll be getting it only on Wednesday, the earliest.

Anyway, it is a used set for RM 730. Condition is still look new, with only hairline scratches.
Shall reporting myself for duty here soon, hoping any kind soul is able to assist me, the lost soul.

Can anyone tell me how is the perfomance after sound modding your P1? Is there any clarity drop or does the phone have any other problem after its been changed? Please help cause if its good i would like to change mine rite away.

It just the volume increase, I don't see any drop in clarity.

Want good clarity at high volume, get a better earphone.

Even i thought the same thing, but i read a post where it says there were bugs, like sound gets cut in the phones front speaker.Thats why i had a doubt. Thank u BOSS for the quick reply. And one more thing, i just installed the starcontact application, to tell u the truth, it SUCKS. I thought it would scroll like the ipod. You got any better suggestions for the same? Thanks again.

Check your browser settings that you have set to "display images: yes" or something similar.
