Help icon_question.gif . I need help from all the expert out there.
All of a sudden, my phone not able to start after i reboot it. After pressing the on button, it just vibrate and the keypad light just blink on and off. Nothing else happen.
Anyone know what happen to my phone and how to solve this? rclxub.gif

Problem is, I'm not able to restart my phone. When i start it, it will vibrate and then the keypad light will be blinking on and off. Nothing appear on the screen. I think I've to reflash my firmware, but not sure whether SEUS will be able to work or not. That's why, I hope other experts can give me some opinion on how to fix it.

I'm using the latest firmware before this happen. Oh well, might as well try to reflash it with SEUS.
Just know that SEUS need min WinXP to install. Guess i can only try to reflash my hp when i get bck home later.

Anyone know other way to try to fix this problem?
i think my phone is bricked now.. cry.gif

Finally manage to restore my bricked phone.
After reflash the firmware, now there is this additional icon beside the network signal which i previously do not have.
When i click on it, it show "MY MAXIS 3G: Detached" and also the button for flight mode.
Anyone know how to remove this?

This is the step i taken to fix my bricked phone last week.
First, I follow the step to fix bricked phone on the main page. After that, i try to start my phone again but nothing works. Then, i proceed to flash my firmware using SEUS which completed successfully.
After that, I'm able to start my phone again. Hope this help.

I update the firmware straight after the resurrection failed. Hope yours can work too.

After performing the quickoffice V4 upgrade, i keep on getting this error.
Whenever i try to open word doc from file manager, it will crash and give me this.

Application closed.
Application Quickword
Reason code KERN-EXEC
Reason number 3

Anyone face the same problem or know how to fix this?

Emmm ... M work like charm at first trial. Maybe you can try 'documents to go' latest version. M just installed it and it works. It has excel, powerpoint and word. It oso can read MS 2007 docs.

Hi All,

Need some guide here. After I performed the quickoffice 4 upgrade, now I can't open any doc/excel/ppt from the file explorer. When click on the file, it will give error code. So now, i try to uninstall it, but there's no uninstall for the quickoffice 4.

I performed a master reset but then, the quickoffice4 is still there. Is there any way i can remove this quickoffice? I think my final solution is the reflash the firmware.

Need help or guide here. Thanks.

Anyone here use Document To Go V4? I've a very funny problem.
Whenever i type using the keypad on the word, all the letter are in capital letter. I try it with the excel, everything is normal. Anyone know how to fix this?

For the alarm. click on the time on your main menu. here you will have three alarm for you to set according to your need. click on one of them and set the alarm time/setting according.
For the picture viewing, i may be wrong, but i dun think it's possible to do it.
For music, i juz put everything into a playlist and i can press forward/backword for the song in the list

so far, i have been using my p1 without any screen protector/casing/etc and no scratches.
but then, the screen easily get blur due to the oil from my cheek.
anyone got a good suggestion on how to make the screen clean clean? i try wiping wif clothes/etc.. but will still feel a bit of oil left lor..

For easier backup, use MyPhoneExplorer V1.7. This is so much better compare to SE PC Suite.
