Suggestions:
1) I think you have to turn the phone off before you take out and put back the battery.
2) After you put the battery back in, PRESS and HOLD DOWN the C button then connect the USB (SEUS will tell you when you can release the C button).

Hi All,

Need some guide here. After I performed the quickoffice 4 upgrade, now I can't open any doc/excel/ppt from the file explorer. When click on the file, it will give error code. So now, i try to uninstall it, but there's no uninstall for the quickoffice 4.

I performed a master reset but then, the quickoffice4 is still there. Is there any way i can remove this quickoffice? I think my final solution is the reflash the firmware.

Need help or guide here. Thanks.

i've a problem here..hope u all can tell me what to do...

- my keyboard sign actually gone/dissaper from da display...when wanna write sms, usually there are keyboard sign on top of da fon..but now it suddenly dissaper...pliz help me evryone....

Go to : -

1. Control Panel
2. Select Device
3. Select Text Input
4. Select Handwriting, in Input Method, choose Handwriting & keyboard, then Save
5. Select On-screen keyboard, choose Chinese virtual keyboard, then Save

There you go, i hope this will solve ur problem... thumbup.gif

reflash is d solution. haha. cause quickoffice is a ported apps from g900...

my turn to ask,
does anyone encounter a prob where ntg happnes.
jz that sms canot come in.
and d send button canot work after u type a sms...
receive msg that phone had inprove bla bla when reset fon.
and prob cure after reset.
*u have no idea when d prob occur as d oni sign is u canot sms and send sms

over 2 weeks, i noticed sometimes i can't reply sms because the (lower part of the screen) send button just doesn't work at all. But other parts of the screen still works! It's weird..i had to keep going back to the main menu and try rewriting the sms baru wrks.

hello, need help here!
today i realize that 1 of my application is missing , so i went storage wizard to find if its still there, then when i click view installed application it says folder not found, and when i press continue it says dump file created.I removed the memory card and repeated the same and the same prob occurred
Anyone with MSDict Viewer can check if the storage wizard is working?

Stylus "walking" on the Martin Fields all the time.........heavy duty perhaps.......

i think it's a bug in the firmware...i haf them 2
Time to get a new firmware.

emm, what version FW u guys use, so far after nearly 8 months of usage, i dont hv that kind of prob yet..

hi all..

just yesterday i'd update to the latest firmware... what i can realize.. the respond speed become much more faster than before.. the "1 unread message" problem also gone.. fantastic... referring to my previous post i said that i'd problem running the seus.. bcoz i need to install adobe flash player v8 or above... i can't download it from internet explorer bcoz my `IE8' is bangang. then i found a solution.. i found the application installer at filehippo.com website. now i can use it nicely..

bro UHLAW..
there is some problem downloading some modding apps. certain apps are broken link.. hope u can fix it..
