ya looks like it. but checking now to see if can open the paddles from inside the drum or not.

if cannot open try and see if you can use something small like toothpick to remove the leftovers, or a string / dental floss

Can my current LG FL stack with another LG heat pump? If yes, which model is stackable. Thanks

My parent's Panasonic front load is having this problem, where the "paddle" gap will trap the loose end of the garments and cause it to get stuck there as per the picture below.

May I know how to remove the paddles to clear the leftover cloths? And how to prevent this? For now they just put those small clothes or those with the string inside a laundry bag, but it's additional work for them.

Thanks

You might have to glue/epoxy that part so it doesn't catch clothing.

Hi guys.
Anyone can lend me a hand on this?
1. I am planning to buy top-loaded WM. Is LG the recommended brand too for TL?
2. I am married and we wash our clothes once per week. What is the recommended size ?
3. For TL, lets take 17kg for example. The 17kg is after including water or 17kg of pure dry cloth?

17kg refers to dry load

It is stackable and the stacking kit is sold with the dryer, you need to check with the dryer seller.

For Rent to Own plan we sell the matching device which can be stacked as follows:

Dryer: VD-H9066WS

Washing Machine: FV1450S2W

Hi All,

I am looking for a new washing machine and I have shortlisted this one as it has the best price as compared to the others in this range.
I could not find any specific review or information about this anywhere.

Is there anyone here that has experience using this exact model or Sharp washing machines in general?

Sharp ESX-2021

newbie in washing machine, anyone can give input on which i should take note?

front load vs top load? - heard front load is more reliable
tech? - avoid 2-in-1 washer dryer?
brand? - which to avoid?

Personally using LG FL 2in1. If you have the space go for separate washer dryer, especially if you rely heavily on dryer. For me I use it occasionally hence it is still okay. It still does the job.

I keep hearing good things about LG FL DD. So I decided to change to a new washing machine.

I'm looking for top load direct drive and I saw that LG also sells TL DD.

What do you guys think of this?

Front Load and Top Load have different operation method.

Generally, front load are better in laundry care and LG Direct Drive Front Load machines come with 6 motion wash pattern (their top load also have this similar 6 motion). I had the liberty of using both, and personally find the front load works better.

The LG Top Load, if it doesn't have lint filter (please avoid), as it is supposedly come with self cleaning lint filter but in reality lint do gets deposited elsewhere within the drum or drain pump and require cleaning.

So far we have been using LG FL from 2020 with no issues compared to an earlier Panasonic,

Thank you for the feedback. However I feel that top load is my preferred choice due to easier access. This model is also within budget of 2k.

Do you recommend any other top load models within 2k budget?

I would also recommend top load Panasonic. They are just work horse that never die. At most, only the belt needs replacement or pulsator over many years of usage, that also if you also overload them.
For front load, I'm using a LG FV1412S3B. Does the job quite well but only spinning at high speed is too loud and scary for my liking.
LG technician is saying it's normal.

Is it balanced? also check on the rear drain hose against body, I find mine sounds better after insulating the drain hose which touch the body.

Panasonic Front Load the internals were well padded but then, that machine has serious fault with its absorber design and how it ramps up for spin; end up it cannot spin in 6/10 washes and Panasonic Tech told us to load half of its rated capacity only...bummer, a 10kg machine but can wash 5kg only.

Was waiting for it to die, eventually cannot tahan and sold it off.
