Off topic a bit, need advice from all Sifu.
From your experience, among all the Electrical shop in SS2 (same row as SS2 Murni), which shop offer better after sales services and better value, since I'm about to get fridge, washing machine, water heater, air-cond for my new house. smile.gif
*
8 years back when I bought my new house, all the electric appliances I bought from different shops.
Say if shop A selling air cond for cheap, others will be more expensive.
Worst of all, some even never state the installation fees(like air cond) and transportation fees.
You need to ask properly on this in the first place.
If budget constraint, may consider installment plans.

I see. But isn't that the charcoal will be in wet condition all the time?
*
Cold not equivalent to wet. As a matter of fact, it is dry... this is the feather of chillers and air-con... water will become either ice or drip away when going through the exchanger...

Last week when I was in SS2 looking for Hitachi Fridge, one of the electrical shop quote me with price >RM2700 for R-VG710P3M.
Most of the shop I went, they said with this price range I only can get Hitachi R-VG660P3M and not for R-VG710P3M (normally RRP RM3299).
I'm going to check again with the seller in tomorrow, else I shall take R-VG660P3M. smile.gif

Just got panasonic NR-BY602XS@ Rm2700

Heard already eol end of this month.

Saw all the hitachi but really wanted freezer at the bottom and it was either this or hitachi R-WB560P2M White/Silver @RM2480.

Outside design hitachi was better but felt the pana was better in the inside layout.

Fridge and air cond working principle are to dry the environment. If wet the cooling capacity are poor.

well lol all i can say is in three words
small/ok/big..

for me its big in comparison to hitachi model i mention above.

602liter is the gross capacity. Net is 546liter.

in comparison to hitachi R-WB560P2M
Net is 455liter,

Panasonic
Width (mm) 775
Depth (mm) 745
Height (mm) 1846
Product Weight Net (kg) 86

Hitachi
Dimensions:
Width-75cm
Height-178cm
Depth-79.7cm

Side by side.. they look about the same in size

so went for panasonic....

incomparison for that panasonic... hitachi R-VG710P3M
Net 550liter.

i assume hitachi model number aka 560/710 etc denotes the gross weight.

Yes, it is much quieter but hitachi is more advanced in the inverter system.

Both. Rm2600. Same price.

Top freezer vs bottom freezer.

Based on the picture, I think by the defrosting input, the Hitachi seems more efficient but it do draw a larger current though hmm.gif

Lower current draw will be better. But 0.5A don't really matter much.

In theory, yes.
But it depends greatly how you use it. Open close regularly won't do any help.
