The speed is awful lately... They have mistakenly upgraded mine to 1 MB instead of 512 kb unlimited... If upgrade and the speed is faster nevermind... now it is slower than when I was on 512kb! Adui... God please help us!

I still have the disconnect problem - every 10-15 minutes disconnect for 20 secs or so.. enough to make me restart EVE Online.

The worst thing is you call tmnet and they sound surprised at your problem, like it's an isolated thing and not a big problem which is affecting the bulk of their customer base.
"remove the splitter" "plug and unplug your cables" "I'll reset your connection - turn off your modem and turn on again" "try connecting directly to the modem instead of through the wireless".. very polite, but so damned useless.

in my case, its not disconnections just timeouts. The IP never changes after each moment when there's a loss of signal.

why do they always screw up every now and then.

they might have disconnected you from the decent IP, and reconnects you into a lousy ones, ie. 118.101.xx.xx

my fren say can do nothing oledi some links to US are down ... even though its not major but its already enough to choke remaining links. something about underwater cable or something.

i managed to dig some info that they are planning to add another 10G link straight to US by nov. In my mind said... "is it enough aa?"
