yes same here from penang bayan lepas area and no matter which ip i get also end up reconnect...heck i cant do shit now
Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

all i know is that my torrent suxs hard...cant go over 20kbps and also i keep dc if i run torrent and surf web which full load of pictures
