Hardly got into Lowyat here and streamyx.com.my
Non of the internet website can be surf goodly.

google.com.my respond in good though.
even their CS number got f-up.. it just engaged.
guess it got blow out by other caller.

if answer = yes
try to disable to proxy.

if answer = no

asking them about the issues, maybe turn another way by asking "is there many people are complain about speed problem?"
i did that anywhere.

Get accurate information, direct call their technician ^^
but i only do it when the connection really f--- up.

thinking to work as their technician also quite cham XDD
everyday let people scold and complain..
is that all reason caused by the TM network infrastructure?

i think that only happen when you've dc.. you can check the log of your router to find out.
because router is auto-connect as you know, if drop it will auto reconnect x_x

i though you were talking about "why the ip will goes back to 60.xx from 218.xx *sorry about that

about not to use "60.xx" until they back to normal.
i dont think it got solution. Unless, they change your port.

Anyone staying up late here?
i just called their Streamyx CS.

it was an announcement there, about some upgrading interruption in Sabah emm few more location

but then i talk with a guy, he seem like technician not helpdesk.
told me that, since 10th July they are upgrading and line services or something
It will last until 31st July (until next month)
Kedah, Perak were affected.

Browsing is fine.. (local / international)
but FTP download only 5k !!! O_o

But browsing is good -.-

Just now i tried to call the 1300
It said something about Aug dot dot then Sept and Oct bill will be charge of something.

Someone can clarify that?

After that i continue try to go in Technical Support line.
They are recorded voice says somewhere in Selangor got service interruption~
