Yeah I installed a 2nd line in my house a few months back, same package as the one I was subscribing to before (1024/384) but the new line is 2048/512. My old line was upgraded to 1536/512 though and it's not too far behind the 2mb in terms of speed, I reach about 153kB/s max when downloading torrents and stuff on it. It's not bad considering I'm initially on the 1mb package for both of them. The only problem I get now is certain sites are unreachable sometimes. I guess tmnet is screwing around with stuff still.

The least they can do is put a statement on their website, not putting us in the dark. Even Jaring informed their customers, and it wasn't even their problem.

That should indicate the level of quality they care to give their customers, which basically is "we don't care". I would usually understand this, since it is hard to run an isp or what not, however, they've done this from the beginning and proven it time and time again, especially not informing the public when services are having problems until it's something they know they can't avoid or run away from. I mean geez, sometimes when there are messed up problems you can't even reach the support line, not because they are inundated with calls but they actually shut down the support line heh.

Perhaps they had to cut cost and did not hire any webmasters at all to maintain the site.

didn't they will say u alrdy make the report before and ask u wait and wait?
*
sorry for late reply, in this case, u wait for 2 days, if they dun get things done in 2days time, make a new report, everytime u make report pls remember to dot down ur report number, once u got 10 different report number, juz drop by any tm center to show them all ur report number and u say u wan to make a BIG REPORT, after that everything shall be fine.

at a major outage like this, ur method wont work.

if u got 10 different report number then they will treat ur case as SERIOUS case, and whenever ur line prob occur they will get it done a.s.a.p. trust me, juz get ur 10 different report number and make a BIG REPORT. compare tm last time and now is totallly different coz last time line GOOD but service is really BAD and now line VERY BAD but service VERY GOOD. try to think it.

Though can Ping, but think the DNS screwed up.

I'm using China Proxy 58.242.42.91:3128
Not so fast, but still can access.

If that is the case, then they are taking very inappropriate measure to cut down their cost. How much will webmasters cost the company in ratio to the profit received by the company?

They're probably the monopoly of the Internet industry in Malaysia, but all this at the expense of customer's rights?
