If everytime having connection problem is caused by "upgrading", then they have been doing "upgrading" for years. Some more no a single bit improvement..

For my case, connection starts to become very slow, having a lot of timeouts and insanely high latency to US game servers, starting from 7-8pm till like morning everyday, even without reconnect/changing IP.
