i dont know if those guys u are suppose to ask. Instead, i got a friend from tm in the networking stuff telling routers on malaysia borders are getting very high utilization around 90-95%. links are so congested. still trying to divide the traffic to other routes.

the network guys do know that running links at near full capacity is a bad idea, leading to packet losses and the like
blame the management i say

Same here. A lot of timeout and packet loss.

The least they can do is put a statement on their website, not putting us in the dark. Even Jaring informed their customers, and it wasn't even their problem.

They are dirty too. Can't even access MCMC's website.

Nothing to do with TM. I'm using Jaring line, and I also can't access it because their DNS isn't resolving.

For those who are not satisfied with your current internet operator.

can give a try on Jaring Wired Broadband. now they are offering nationwide.

Yes they are offering nationwide, but my area don't have any port. U can check service availability at jaring's site. Because TM monopolise the port allocation, they give only a small percentage of DSLAM ports to Jaring.
