Until today, I'm still stuck with this super duper slow IP 115. Streamyx technician says they don't know why and nothing can be done. Susequently force me to close the report.

If that is the case, then they are taking very inappropriate measure to cut down their cost. How much will webmasters cost the company in ratio to the profit received by the company?

They're probably the monopoly of the Internet industry in Malaysia, but all this at the expense of customer's rights?

not they dun hav any webmaster in the company, now they got plenty of webmaster in their company, but the problem is all their worker are very LAZY to maintain the line.

Then it clearly shows that there is some slack in the management team itself.

hi all i am new to this forum, just came here express my frustration with streamyx.

My ping to local dns went as high as 120 to 160ms and external link esp the us one is very lossy. This made me unable to play rf online. ergh....

I call in to ask them to reset the port and it went well for 1 day.The next day the vicious cycle happen again. Thus i made my second call and it was good for another day. The third day it happen again,i made screenshot of bad line condition (high loss, high latency, lower than 70% of the subscribe bandwidth) during different hour of the day and explained to them my line get worst during peak hour esp at night. This morning a senior staff from tm called me and tell me "just wait until the management solve the issue" and HINT that dont call in to ask for port reset again. OMG i am stuck with this shitty service and pay for half the serveice and get frustrated all time.. i felt like being robe .."Pay us, take this half-baked bread, and DONT make noise"...Too bad there isnt other good service provider in KK sabah.(i am weary that celcom will be even worst). T_T

TM is currently having network problems. It started on 12 Feb. They have not resolved it yet. There is no estimate of resolution time. Most likely network routing problems which affects local and international sites.

At this time, there is no announcement about the problem on the TM website. I have made TM aware of this. Whoever responsible to update announcements is not doing their job.

The customer service people can only tell you there is a problem. They do not have any other details to tel you because the network / broadband / engineers etc who are supposed to fix this problem has not updated the customer service people.

Just shows you how disorganized is TM company.
