The speedometer is tested for locally. They juz make it to show customers that yea they provide more then 75% speed "locally" for the 1mbps package. When u try www.speedtest.net u will see the huge dissapointment that we are actualy scammed. They are few possibilities that they actually tried to do some stupid software bt throttle but nailed it. Or they oversell their bandwidth to customers. They shudnt be call Telekom Malaysia because it's a big disgrace for an isp under Malaysia to be such lousy. Maybe it's time they shud remove that name and call it something else and not under malaysia anymore. We doesnt even know what kind of techinician that this company have and y they always screw up once in every 2 mths. Yes for 1 mths they might be smooth connection and suddenly next mth comes the "mood swing" again.
For godsake stop blamming Bt bandwidth usage, upgrade the goddamn lousy servers Tmnut is using. We all long know that they've been using incompetitive equipments and somehow buy old sell new ones to cheat our money. I'm surprised that they actually let customers rant here and do nothing to improve. We still living in a country that sold high price isp services but yet their services is worst then a kampung market. Yes we use shout to communicate to tmnut juz like how kampung market sellers do.

Tmnut do something to direct download? my speed using IDM got 30kb only! what the F!

how to check from youtube the dl speed is?

if u waited so long means something goes wrong. last time my case i waited around 1 week, nth ahppened. i call the tm and keep ask them proceed faster, but they said the prob techinician will follow, i asked them the phone and call the techcinian department, den they said is cable team department prob. walao i lie faint. wth, involving so many department for my small little case. lastly i get the cable team department phone no and i call the in charge guy. i asked to to come and check. he said he dono my case yet, need see the report case first whicih i report 1 week ago, lol. after keep pushing and ask him, finally he sent somebody to look what happened to my cable. fixed it and finally i can suft net.

change ceo ? change 100 ceo also same la, why fired the ceo, he is just a dummy, what can he do ??

It seems like they keep resetting the line , seems like ip 118 is the worst. BT on IP 115 can reach 55KBs but if 118 then max 5 to 20 only.

even without BT, normal surfing is also slow de. I couldn't connect for few hours last night. sigh.

tawau technichian was a pig but i managed to turn him back to a human...

a year ago, i experienced 2 months connection slam, i was so frustrated as i had called so many times to tm but no action has been taken. So, i called to the tawau tm, and they passed my phone from one department to another and finally they gave me the babi technichian's number...

i gave him a call, and he prommised that he will come and check out the problem. day after day, night after night... after waiting for several days, the stupid still failed to turn up...

i called him again, but this time he hang my phone... he seems trying to ignore me.. i said nvm..i'll call again ...

again and again...
before school around a 6.30am, i call...
after school around 2p.m, i call...
before tuition 2.30, i call...
after tuition, i call....
before dinner, i call...
before bed, i call....

and i keep doing this to him...
after 2 days (third day), finally he picked up my phone, and came to my house in that afternoon...

we paid RM99 (Psychological pricing ~ RM100) monthly, but yet our connection is damn poor...

lol. then i am more lucky then u. i juz keep getting the phone no from department involved and phone them pushing them.the next day they come and look what is happened.
tm ppl they juz working for tm. they wont bother tm branded is good or not. their theory alwys : ada gaji sudah cukup, tak payah susah susah.duduk lengan lengan dapat gaji, u tak syok u punya pasal.

My line also lagging.

I have quite good surfing speeds, but when I try to stream videos from eg justin.tv, slows down real bad. the video just keeps buffering and buffering.

I use VPN to cure all my download problem. Finally, some peace of mind..

how ur speed? bt and normal direct download? can show some SS?
