so all still facing slow down? my dl sped from 150++ become 10-70++. wth is happening now? living in kedah. all having sudden slow down from previous or been slow all the time? mine is sudden slow down this few weeks.

look like i am the more lucky then u all. i live in kulim too. sometimes i can reach full speed too but quite hard. shadow they really said doing maintance in kulim area?

lol, normal thing. they happened to employ all those ahem ahem without qualify and quality people to be their techinician. haha. so what to do. lets pray for them. all they know is let u wait. u cant wait? den still need to wait.... this is malaysia boleh mind. no improvement while all other countries move forward while we still at behind.

damn now my dl speed drop to below 10kb/s... haiz... if alrdy for few days, try email them and ask for rebate. last time around 10 days i cant use net, i get rebate around rm70. damn so sienz dl so slow. but speed test i get around 1300+. what is happening now? why the speed test and the actual dl so big different?

now my dl speed b to normal. hehe. i called tm net 100, and ask them to reset my port. now quite ok. btw, what is reset port? my fren who study pc course also nv heard reset port, i try find reset port meaning on google, also couldnt found. reset port only used by msia forum or msia guy. outsider nv use reset port. so what is reset port?

yes u can, u can email them and ask for rebate. last time when my line got prob, i called 100 including called their techinicial department and then cable team department to ask them come check. if u don do something, the will slow slow repair to u. after i keep calling them, hey sent their cable team member check and repair for me. if not call, u juz need wait for a long long time. i keep asking the cable team department head maybe to sent somebody check for me. i think thye maybe din even see my case if i not calling them. when i called them, they ask where my place etc and said need to check see my report and check this that.

u go to streamyx website. then click on contact us. then write down info like phone no etc. and write down the condition. about the phone line or streamyx down for how long. they will rebate u according to the report u hav make and days taken to finish the repair. so the earlier u mk the report maybe the more rebate u will get. for me, my phone and streamyx down for 10 days and continuos report been made, i get rebate around 70

erm that is normal. streamyx in malaysia fast but if conncet to international route slow poke. haha

my connection is ok , but the prob is when arrive niight, it will become high ping when i check at speedtest. this make me lagging while playing games.haiz. download and upload speed is ok juz the damn high ping.
