Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

Doesn't it piss you off, when u pay for something, u expect something good. But when you're paying for something `sh1t`, of course pissed like hell man. In the end, pay for what... make TM rich only... and they're laughing at us with our sucky speed... when they probably have `good` connection in their hq.
