My line also lagging.

I will fark the C/S TM to release my tension if i get a slow connection.

I think everyone here is not happy with Streamyx.
What can we do,protest & cancel their service.

This morning i received a called fr the management site.
They said will come back to me to solve my problem.
When u call TM bugger,tell them u wan speak to the top management & not the che-kai technician.

The tricks to gather everyone here complains TM bugger kau kau until they improved their service

U mus complain to the management not the operator.
Usually i tell the operator i wanna talk to the management site of TM bugger,then the nex day 1 received a called fr the officer.
I taruk him kau kau like temolo no ending!!

Well at least i get the satisfaction
But after i taruk i noticed the line slightly better
But not sure how long the smooth line will it last
