sure u can run ur pc. bt u cant oc ur vga card & ur 4870 also wont run @ full speed.
anyway, in dis case, ur psu might spoil sooner dat u think, u r pretty much "overclocking" ur psu right now. spoil psu is dangerous as it might affect other h/w. i suggest u get a good true power psu & OC ur phenom a bit. it looks like phenom @ 2.1 kinda bottleneck 4870. ps: is ur current psu true power? X2 or X3 still enough to support the card... X4 should be extreme good...

Wonder any of u guys notice when change to new driver 8.7 the fan speed cant be change . Any ideal why.
