Its the software problems.The software still not FULLY support the HD 4800 Series Card.

But AMD said before.HD 4870,4850,4870 X2 will come in 2 flavours.Which is GDDR 3 and GDDR 5..Thats what i confuse doh.gif

Super RV770?Only 1GB.Unless its Pre-Overclocked.

Becos the riva tuner itself does not support the card.OR the driver does not fully stabilize it.Check 1st page for guide to control fan speed.

No,from what i hear,X2 is much cooler than its predecessor.Including HD 3870 X2.

4850X2 difference with 4870 X2 is $50 and $100
Becos AMD release 1GB and 2GB versiom
2GB = $ 549
1GB = $ 499

I guess 4850 X2 should be $400~450

HD 4870 X2 $ 500 = RM 1.6k doh.gif
HD 4870 X2(2GB) $ 550 = RM 1.8k

But its better than CF becos of the bandwith.The heat,power consumption..etc.Thats just estimation ma.no need worry.

In other names it requires 1x6 pin and 1x8 pin.

Yes as i stated for HD 4850 and HD 4870.
Currently,any brand is your choice and your liking.Mostly same.Becos its reference cooler.The only diff is the sticker brows.gif
