sure u can run ur pc. bt u cant oc ur vga card & ur 4870 also wont run @ full speed.
anyway, in dis case, ur psu might spoil sooner dat u think, u r pretty much "overclocking" ur psu right now.
spoil psu is dangerous as it might affect other h/w.
i suggest u get a good true power psu & OC ur phenom a bit. it looks like phenom @ 2.1 kinda bottleneck 4870.
ps: is ur current psu true power?

if u guy wanna know wat do 100% fan speed on reference cooler sound like bt dare not 2 test it, its ez..............
not sure bout 4k series bt dis applies to 3k series.
wen ever u power up ur machine, u can hear dat loud fan noise, dat is result from 100@ fan speed.........
it really sounds like hair dryer.........
