look like my casing cant put 3rd party cooler for graphic card....psu below just below the pci-e slot...some more geminii is put vertically...overall space between graphic card and psu not more than 5cm...

i tried to follow the guide on 1st page to change the fan speed and clock..mine 500/700.....but seem cant find the C:\Users\AMD(Your Username)\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE \Profiles\Fanspeed.xml

try get any card and try it on ur pc...if other card is running, most probably is ur hd4850 problem...
