Actually, i apply Maybank Petronas as my BT plan from other CC. Cos i holding Maybank Master.

Firstly, Maybank had approved my Petronas card. Come today, i found that its not BT plan, its a new approval but combine limit with my Master. Meaning, with or without this Petronas Card, i also enjoy with my Master. Nothing different ????

So if choose CIMB BT plan, what is the rate for 24 months?? Are CIMB take long time to proceed. cos my car loan is with CIMB, service can say very terrible.

@TeraPox,
I started off on LYN @ AppleBytes. Hope ur phone stops being cranky *grins* I would hate for mine to be! biggrin.gif

@clarance777,
You aren't the first to comment about CIMB's service being lousy. I am a DA CC user and I find the CS call centre lousy. My office uses CIMB and I hear my Accounts/Finance department alwiz complaining about the bank not picking up her calls.

eeh , my encounter with CIMB CS are quite good so far..
This is the number i called 03-6204 7373 .
Hassle free coz straight away a CS will answer to your call as i hate to follow the instruction to key 123 for the services i want. They pick up the phone quite fast too. rclxms.gif

@Reventon,
DA CC calls 03.6204 7878 - whether or not it's routed through to the same call centre I ain't too sure but the last 2 times I made a call I got cheesed off with the rude fella on the line! 1st one raised his voice at me and the 2nd one was about to tell me off when I interrupted him.

@TeraPox,
Let me know what time ur meeting up with SF - I might just be able to make it depending on time; have to be home by evening to prepare for a family bbQ get together.

tinkerbel , opss, then that's the bad experience of yours with cimb , but i do believe some of the CS are rude + very minimal knowledge on CC . I have a few case asking the CS about Annual fee, Card renewal, Eligibility, and CL , they seems like unable to assure the thing they told me. Make me wanna call back again to ask another CS to double confirm but in the end get another answer pulak doh.gif

@Reventon,
What I hate most about the CS is when they give wrong / inaccurate information!

Just get the BT information from CIMB. I think CIMB not encourage for BT . cos the plan not nice. only applicable for those holding CC less than 3 months and have 1 time charge upon approval.

I found PB & UOB also have BT plan. anyone can correct me if i wrong. smile.gif

CItibank have offer 1hour approve and get the card!! anyone apply it ?? how was the proceedure? Consider on it. cos 1 hour very fast. no need wait 2-3 week

@dinozilla,
I've never been to Taiwan so ain't too sure but Visa & MasterCard's quite well accepted around the world - Visa used to be more acceptable worldwide but I think MasterCard's caught up/catching up.

Since U oredi haf a Visa, I suggest U opt for a MasterCard biggrin.gif
