@hye,
I experienced 'fraud' twice with a foreign CC - both of which was handled professionally and without inconvenience to me.

@TeraPox,
So did U manage to complete ur CC collection? So, your Amex card arrived oredi?

Just now, I used my MBB Visa at Secret Receipe and guess what, the transaction didn't go through. So embarassed!

I'm wondering if my card or the RHB terminal got problem. My friend used his HSBC to settle the bill since I didn't bring my backup cards!

Not sure if somebody asked this before.

If I want to change my ATM PIN; let's say from Citibank Mastercard CC. Do I have to change that PIN at Citibank ATM machine? Does it possible to do it on any ATM machine that supports Cirrus?

Thank you.

I doubt that. I believe your pin is stored in the Issuer bank Host. Mastercard or Visa only act as a switch passing whatever ATM want to pass to the host, vice versa. But I could be wrong. Not really sure laugh.gif

@David83,
I believe the question was asked recently; am not sure if anyone actually gave an accurate answer but my take/feel is same as Chester's.

No, you can't change your PIN on a non-Citibank ATM machine. You can change your PIN from any Citibank ATM all over the world but so long it is a Citibank machine. Speaking from a personal experience.

The process of changing PIN is tied to the issuing bank CC - you can only do that from that bank's ATM machine only.

Hi vin_ann, did you installed/activated any antivirus or firewall recently?

I'm not sure if this is the cause. As I could not go into Citibank Malaysia website from my home PC. But I able to go in with office PC.

Yes it is available 24/7 but the people who work behind the scene may not be available 24/7. For example services such as Permanent Credit Limit Increase or even 1 hour replacement card. You can call them @ 2am but you'll only get your card probably when the office opens the next morning.

@jep,
How on earth did she get ur CC details? I guess U can onli wait to see what happens; if U didn't put that order down and u were billed for it unwillingly, U could take a big case against them.

@hye,
I somehow do NOT believe in those 1hr replacement CC thingy ! tongue.gif
