please take note that it is only RM8 during the promotion period
after which it will be back to RM10 or RM12 (as per fine print)
also if you are using the caculator on the trading platform, please bear in mind the figures preset are only for promotional rates which you only qualify for a limited time after signing up and not the normal rates.

Just wondering, can the Jupiter platform be used using a BlackBerry ?
It is much better if can, then can trade using Blackberry.

Now it is hard, because office is blocking access to Internet.

I hate Jupiter's profile page so much!
It just annoyingly self refreshing the entire page instead of by numbers, and even with STILL outdated price! What the....%#@%$@
I emailed their customer service regarding this issue, and NO RESPONSE.

Ecmmoney is now offering a very low introductory brokerage fee 0.05% or min RM8 for all products.

Time to change and switch from jupiter, very dissapointing with their service recently....  doh.gif  haiz doh.gif

i just deposited RM100 into my trading account. The trading limit showed RM86.72. Anyone know how to derive this figure?
As far as i know the brokerage fee is RM10, stamp duty RM1 and clearing fee = RM86.72 x 0.03% = RM 2.60
RM100 - RM10 - RM1 - RM2.60 = RM86.40??

I'm on jupiter online anyway

I think the clearing fee should have some vary from your calculation..... As 0.03%, you should divide 100 for your clearing fee..... clearing fee cannot be so high at RM 2.60.... My humble opinion...

Mind to work out the simple calculation?

Added on October 25, 2010, 9:27 amWhat does this mean?
"Brokerage charged is on a PER CONTRACT basis (transactions more than one on the same stock and day will be amalgamated into one contract)."
Let say if i buy 1000 share and the day only trade 100 and next day trade another 100 for ten 10days then i will be charged 10x of brokerage fee>?

last time Hong Leong & Maybank is same with Jupiter RM12.00...
But last time Maybank got 1 promotion become RM8.00..
But they still charge RM12, the deviation will be refunded every month
But now Jupiter become RM10 already for e-contract client...
