ya, it is cheapest compare to HongLeong as well, min RM8 per transaction.
However, i just filled form to register a account with them. Haven try their service yet.

anyway, if anything happen, if we buy share and it is straight deposit into our direct CDS, right?

even the security closed, my shares are still in my account, right?

I noticed that jupiter online's online trading solution is exactly like rhbinvests's. Must be provided by the same IT vendor

Same as HLEbroking as well.
http://www.excelforce.com.my/efmsc/cust01.asp

EDIT:
Although Jupiter offering cheapest trading fees, is the services provided reliable secure, fast & smooth?
Trust me, when you encounter slow connection, unrealiable you will be fed up when trading shares.

Sometime i do encounter disconnection when using RHBInvest(not due to Internet connection as i'm using office connection, fast & reliable)
I suspect because of limited server that they subscribed. I heard that RHBInvest only have 3 servers while HLE offer 11 servers.
Does anyone here tried HLE broking services? Is it fast?

I'm using them Jupiter currently...

the rate are as mentioned...RM8/0.05% per contract basis!! But this is only available with cash-upfront trading. i.e. you hav to have money deposited into your CDS to trade, the trading amount will be the amount of cash inside it.

for margin trading....intra-day rm8/0.05%, overnight 0.2%....the margin given is 50% of on the amount of shares on hand.
If you have 5k cash, hold another 5k worth of PBBANK shares...so your trading margin can be rm2,500 margin + 5k cash =7.5k
correct me if i'm wrong.

So far connection wise is ok...maybe dun feel it, coz my office line is slow.
But for sure they are using the same platform with Maybank...same provider sweat.gif

Trading is smooth...nothing much.

But one thing is when i transferred money into my CDS, especially if you do it through online banking at night time...they might not be updated into your CDS account. So, have to always check with them...so far transferred 4 times...2 times failed to update on same day.

But with the low commission rate...it is a good option! faster breakeven...but margin-trading is not too much lar

I'm using Jupiter also.

I've xfer my stocks from other investment company to jupiter and all my stocks in the next day after the xfer.
I call my jupiter broker and she reimburse me back the xfer fees Rm10 per counter quite fast also about 2 days.
My broker also quite good coz she give me a call to confirm on my stock placement to sell just to make sure i place the correct order and not oversell, etcs.
I likes its research especially free access to Dow Jones report and its in house reseach morning coffee.

So far, so good. Best rates i got so far.. makes more profit when sell and save more money when buy alot stocks also.

ok. thx for the feedback. just went to their office to open an account. They say will activate in 2 days. cool. Stupid Maybank took 1 week to activate acc and their system always disconnect.

Also they give interest of 2.4% for balance less than 50k and 3% if > 50k which is way better than maybank's PM1 acc of 1%.

Will try to transfer shares to them after acc activated.

It says on the website that the brokerage fee is charged per contract basis, not per trade. What's the difference?

Nop.. Jupiter currently dont have this function. Can only park for next day or current trading day + afternoon.
Itrade CIMB have that function to park in advance up to 3 mths if i'm not mistaken.

If you are using Jupiter, do chk the PC icon connection at top left, if is alwys chg from X to no X means the internet connection is not smooth. It will have problem to updates the information or accept buy/sell instructtion. Just restart your internet connection to solve this problem.

Each o9 trading platform have its advantages .

OSK have Database details of major shareholders.
Maybank have Dow Jones news + 0.1% brokerage
Jupiter - low trading rates 0.05%

I have all 4 o9 trading platform to use. Just pay RM10 to open a CDS for each investment company. laugh.gif
