I hate Jupiter's profile page so much!
It just annoyingly self refreshing the entire page instead of by numbers, and even with STILL outdated price! What the....%#@%$@
I emailed their customer service regarding this issue, and NO RESPONSE.
This is Jupiter.

1. Until today, how many branches do Jupiter have? 4? KL, PJ, Penang and Johor each place got 1? Is it?

2. Do you guys think Jupiter Securities is financially strong? I see its parent company Olympia is at even more serious net loss than last year. How about Jupiter? Is it a loss making company too?

3. As Jupiter got trading platform for java phone, since Android got java emulator, which means we may trade on Android phone or Samsung Galaxy Pad? Anyone tried before? Please share.

Mind tell tell pbbank info?

1. brokerage fees?
2. need put in deposit or not? like cimb trader needs RM10k!
3. money in account got interest?
4. apply in any pbbank or need to find investment bank?
5. only trade bursa? or got US/HK/SG etc?
6. can trade futures?
5. overall, are you happy with them?

So it's definitely a no no on public bank then.

I like Jupiter's system actually. It's very easy to use, and very good features for traders. System is faster than those bigger brokers, probably because of lesser users. Research papers are less though. And also, Jupiter still tak ada support for iphone/ipad etc. right?

Does their online platform still limited to IE only? I tried on Chrome but not working. IE is the worst browser woh! So cannot run on Mac OS too? Mac OS got IE kah?

Can Jupiter platform works on Macbook with Mac OS? No Windows installed.

What happened?? Today's statement showed brokerage fees of min RM40??

On my statement for yesterday's trades. However, I contacted the remisor and he told me there was a mistake, and they will correct it soon.

This Jupiter in recent months limit order queuing to max 100 bids is quite annoying! I can't even queue an order for one single doom day such as today! Can only queue for a 5% difference for some expensive stocks, while you are watching them having a 10% difference?! Common on lah, Jupiter! So financial tight meh? Need to save this kind of managing money?

Today something wrong?? I tried place a few transactions, all declined. First time seeing Jupiter system error like this.
Did you face the same thing today?

strange....was it just me?.....
the period with issue was 12pm-12:30pm. After that, I went out and did not watch stock. Lets hope Wed all goes well again.
