There was an experience several years ago, that I went to a hanami and to try find a flag, which ends up actually at the park there are several groups using the same flag

Anyway, yes - I'll be bringing the mat on Sunday and will be there earlier to book the spot. I've also printed 2 copies of the LYN logo dudes (A4 size) and I'll place one on the mat and another I hope either clemong or whoever will be coming earlier can help me wait at the fountain area with it so that people can recognize you.

Nearly every weekend there'll be fireworks display at different locations in Tokyo.

Those who's wondering about the sakura blooming over the weekend - well; we won't get the full full bloom but I think we'll still get some pretty good blossoms.

posting live from the asakusa smile hostel.
the weather is freezing.

just now after check in i went to check out the nearby streets and it is all almost empty. everything is closed here except food shops.

tomorrow will be heading towards shibuya, yoyogi park and harajuku during day time and shinjuku, roppongi during night time.

any must go places in the area i mentioned above?

sigh...wish i can be there. it's gonna sound like loads of fun. remember to take pics.

Japanese weather forecasting is extremely accurate. so if it says sunshine on Sunday, it most probably will be.

i hope it's as clear as it was when i was there. (clear of rain and people). dun let the bright sunlight fool u...it was freezing then.
