PLEASE refer to previous threads on WHY RC is GOOD for HEDGIE..

Royal Canin : Kitten 34, Fit 32 [depends on ur baby age, mine is adult, so i feed him Fit 32..]

RC Kibble is deemed the most suitable for hedgie coz of the ingredients and also the nutrition values in it meets the requirements by hedgehogs.

So, please dont ask again why this brand XX is not ok meh, that brand XXX ok not, those kind of questions.

As we have already discussed in the previous previous previous threads d.

Go read them up. They were meant to be as a reference for new owners, not to be kept like that.

eh realy ka ? LOL.. din know that..my hedgie looks healthy though..need to reduce givin him mealworms..too fat edi..haha last time i carry it 1 hand can fit..but now need hold him with 2 hands.. romeo big big edi

yeap yeap..when u first bring ur hedgie home it will poke u ..like my romeo did to me.. but after a week or more u want to carry it n play with it it wont poke edi.. but i miss the old days when i carry my hedgie it will roll into ball..so damn cute..

hedgies are easy to take care..coz it sleeps alot..less poo.. but i usualy every morning have to do poo cleaning..if not my room damn smelly..and need clean t3h wheel.. check food n water..thts all.. malam malam oni hedgies are active..

Yeah, temper/ anger/ rage/ grumpy/ is quite common among hedgie..
me ma self, everyday I play with both ma hedgie, still one of them will always try to pook me...
while the other one would sometimes juz stay still on ma lap..
So maybe hedgie have different personality and its up to us to bond with them…

Good for u for doing ur research first before getting a hedgie.. Hedgie are not delicate animals and its quite easy to take care of them, still a lil bit of knowledge is really useful if any problem do occur.. That’s when doing ur research kicks in...

Well, I’m not sure bout any reputable breeder or seller here, but i could say they are good hedgehog owners that r willing to sell their hedgehog.. Still, i could not help much on that part accept from pointing you to the garage sale thread.. Sorry.. Or maybe u could PM around...I/m sure u will find one..

That other day, one of ma hedgie prison break herself…I think it was a well executed plan since me ma self never saw it coming…

Princess A.K.A Lady ‘P’ was a descent hedgie and live a normal life as any other hedgie.. Sleeping and eating, that’s her routine all day long.. I’m quite happy with her…
But I was wrong…

As usual, every night I would feed all ma pets before going to bed.. Princess would always greet me by sniffing ma hand..And I would always give her a treat as a memento for being such a good gul..
But I was wrong…

Went to bad (I sleep on a futon bed) as usual that day, when around 3am I feel like something really sharp poking me.. Who in the world woke poke me during this time of hour, when suddenly I look down and saw Michelle trying to push her self under me…When she realize I’m awake, she juz pause there, looking at me like nothing happened…

The moral of the story is, don’t underestimate ur hedgie..
Both ma hedgie live in a custom made 4feet tank with the height is around 1.5feet..
But I have never cover the tank up coz I thought its impossible for them to climb out..
I think She climb out by climbing the box I put in as her hiding place...
Bummer..

yup this statement almost same as mine but mine not put together in 1 room with me lah.

mine escape from climbing up to the hiding box and jump down to floor,Luckily not high the housing i place at.

i feel so worried when wake up early in the morning and found that my hedgie MIA.

luckily found her back at the glass sliding door hehe...maybe wanna run away from me loh...

lol..quite a climber eh ur hedgie.. mine dun like climb2..my romeo love to play with the wheel..so noisy at nite.. n keep poo in it too..so room quite smelly..so i decided to put in wheel 1 nite..then the nex nite no put wheel but all its toys..ping pong ball,golf ball,toilet roll..hahaha.. if put wheel every nite i have to clean the wheel everyday which is quite tiring..hav to scrub2 the wheel.. n mayb if put wheel everynite my romeo will be too exhausted n bored with the wheel..

Hey. I'm new around here. (: Am an owner of a male S&P. He's abt 2 months old now. He kinda know whr to poo poo nowadays. Though sometimes i'll find his poop in the water bowl.

He's getting fatter now. Need to get him a wheel and hopefully he'll play with it. If not... *shows fist*
