I don't really have the dimensions for a 2 feet tank but it is enough space for 1 syrian.
If you want bigger then you need to decide on the zoozone 1 or the biggest is zoozone 2 (3 feet tank).
I would recommend a zoozone1 as it is more than enough for 1 syrian. Me and sangels have zoozone2 for our syrian JackJack. It's huge!

Or you can do what Neshie did for her sable banded syrian, buy a huge storage box and modify it with ventalation holes, etc... You can see some pics of it in the last couple of pages. This is also an inexpensive way to get a bigger home for your soon to be coming syrian.
LOL it took me hours just to saw the rectangular thingy thingy in that cage (cause i didn't have proper equipments)If you want bigger then you need to decide on the zoozone 1 or the biggest is zoozone 2 (3 feet tank).

I will be removing that metal bars cause he chews em alot. Any idea what to replace for better ventilation? He has an ugly spot on his nose with all that chewing he's done.

JackJack used to stay in a 2 feet tank with a Sanko 21cm Silent Wheel. He so smart till he is able to climb up to top of the wheel using the side of the tank and wheel. He would then start biting at the lid of the 2 feet tank trying to escape. That's when me and sangels decided to get something bigger for him to stay in. Bought the zoozone2 for PetsMore Cheras after that.
Zoozone2 got less chance to climb up the wheel. But nowadays he have been trying new tactics to escape for the Zoozone2. He will climb on top of hideout, wooden bridge, etc and jump up to reach higher. I can tell you that JackJack can jump more than 50% of his height standing on his 2 feet.

Ocha can climb on the bloody wodent wheel!! Zoozone2 got less chance to climb up the wheel. But nowadays he have been trying new tactics to escape for the Zoozone2. Thank goodness i have something to cover the cage or else he'd go missing in no time.

My black banded boy likes to sit inside his toilet and just day dream. Cute. Now he got longish fur around his bum, like a skirt.
Anyway, I was looking at Garage Sales.... kinda mad with people saying Syrians can be kept in pairs or group. The latest reply was plain wrong....
Don't you guys think this kinda advice is wrong?
Put 5 Syrians in 1 small cage of course they don't fight much coz no territory but they dislike living together. Is like making them suffer.... They do fight, just people dunno coz hamsters are active when we are asleep most of the time......
oh my goodness. Not another one. First Terrysoh and now her? Anyway, I was looking at Garage Sales.... kinda mad with people saying Syrians can be kept in pairs or group. The latest reply was plain wrong....

Hamsters are NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT humans! How on earth can you compare humans with hamsters? Hasn't it been said SO many times that hamsters do not have the same feelings as humans?
What does that mean by SOME robo?
like COME ON! stop misleading people. We as animal lovers would wanna give what's best for our hamsters and not the other way round.
So u say that someone raise golden hammy keep 5 in one tank blablablabla, thats going againts the damn fact that hamsters are solitary. Whats the use of researches trying to find out the temperaments and behaviors of hamsters then? They just had their effort thrown away by some misleading information?
Then why not we feed our hamsters chocolate and other HUMAN stuff since they are like "people"?
The whole purpose of teaching other people about the proper way of keeping hamsters is just because we wanna give our best to them and not see them end up being hurt and injured, sick and all. And you're teaching the others bullshit.
If you cant afford to teach others about hamsters, then just keep all the knowledge you have to yourself.
